HS 316 Series High Solids, Low VOC Silicone Roof Coating is our “green,” one-component, moisture-curing silicone roof coating system.

With its high solids content and absence of hydrocarbon solvents, this coating can be applied in excess of 40 mils in a single coat without blistering, while maintaining maximum adhesion. The HS 316 Series is available in white, tan, light gray, and dark gray. Custom colors are available upon request.

PSL-316 Single Ply Primer High quality, plasticizer free, water based, acrylic primer. P-316 is designed for appli- cation over aged roofing membranes to enhance adhesion of silicone coatings.

FG-316 Flashing Grade Silicone Thick, high-build, silicone sealant. It is designed to seal abnormal roof penetrations that cannot be covered with standard sprayers or rollers. GIIG FG-316 Flashing Grade Silicone features include low odor, an easy application, fast moisture cure, and enhanced adhesion to a variety of substrates.

VGF-316 Vertical Grade Series The vertical wall coating system provides a weather tight seal that protects the substrate from degrading caused by ultra violet light, water and other normal weathering hazards.
